WELLNESS

What does taking your wellness into your own hands look like? When Covid hit our island, we asked ourselves this. I came up with yoga, conscious breathing, and gratitude walks. What I learned was that I already had everything I needed to be well physically, mentally, and spiritually. It really is true when you change the way you look at something, what you look at changes. I had been exposing myself to animal therapy without even knowing it. RAW awareness is everything isn’t it? I started offering yoga in our garden twice a week and the effects changed my perspective again. I began understanding that I have always been a bright light. Its our birthright to be well, happy, and live abundantly. Now I want to offer this amazing space to you.

Starting June 6, Yoga in the garden !

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

This is my second season teaching yoga at Friendly Foods Farm. I love the warm healing energy of the garden, the flowers, greenery and sunshine. Such an amazing space for spiritual connectedness. Surrounded by nature, it’s an awakening experience for the senses. During a yoga session we often have visits from chickens, dogs, goats, cows, rabbits, birds. The animals seem to be drawn to the vibration, or prana created by all of us practicing yoga together.

Relaxing and uplifting at the same time!
